We offer a number of packages to suit your business needs and size.

We provide support directly for our products. Support is not outsourced or delegated to 3rd party distributors.

• We have several support levels. Our premium support offers free major release upgrades if paid annually.
• We provide support for the FATS suite of applications during business hours by telephone and by email.
• Technical manuals included on the CD-Rom.
• We use web conferencing to remotely view/support your computer.

Upgrades and Updates

Minor upgrades and patches are free.
Major release upgrades are free with premium support.
Major release upgrades fee-based if you not have premium support.

Training & Implementation Services

On-Site Training and implementation is available for $850/day plus travel expenses. Training courses for small groups (3-5) generally involve a morning and afternoon session with hands on interaction. Training courses for larger groups generally involve one day of training for key users and administrators, and a second day where key users "team teach" the general users. This approach is more hands-on for everyone.

Web-Conference training is available for $125/hour. Often two one-hour sessions are enough to get you up and running with FATS. The first session we will install the software and go over the basics of entering new assets, tailoring the process to your organization. The second session generally covers locations and auditing.

On-site installation is also available. Although the software is intuitive and easy to use, some customers request help with training or implementation.  Many of our customers are able to get up and running by taking advantage of the included manuals and free technical support, but time constraints can sometimes make on-site implementation practical.

FATS 3, 4, 5 Support

We no longer offer support for previous FATS versions. FATS 5 support ended December 31, 2008.  You will need to upgrade to Release 6 to receive support - call for pricing.
